WHINNY, WINE AND EQUINE HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO RISING COVID19 NUMBERS IN THE AREA - We regret to inform everyone that this year's fundraiser has been canceled due to rising numbers of COVID in the area. It promised to be a fun time but unfortunately we are canceling until a time next year when perhaps things will be looking up for everyone in 2021.
Tickets are now available for this year's only fundraiser for SHARE! We will have a BBQ dinner and Silent Auction Benefit! Ticket price is $50 per person which includes a delicious Hickory River BBQ Dinner (choice of Chopped Beef Briscuit, Pulled Pork or Vegetarian), Macaroni & Cheese, Ranch Beans, dessert cake and soda, coffee, tea and water. There will be a cash bar and delightful music by the Jeff Crabtree Band! We will be dining outdoors under canopies at SHARE, 2946 County Road 800 East, Dewey, Il.
In between dining and browsing our silent auction items, you can have your picture taken with the minis, help break a pinata, participate in a Wine Pull, and more fun activities! No formal dresscode but just a hint - most of us will be coming in western wear! We will practice social distancing and masks are preferred (but not required). CHANGE: SHARE needs your RSVP by September 11 instead of September 16! Hope to see you there!
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Any questions? Please contact us at email@example.com

This was a showcase of what a wonderful organization that SHARE is. It also provided an opportunity for visitors to learn first hand what SHARE is about and to help with donations and items from our Wish List. Open House is normally held in October. The Young and Fretless again performed from 1-3 p.m. There are horses and more horses - of all sizes, a hay ride, games for kids of all ages, food including a hot dogs, brats, chips, baked goods and delicious apple cider, horse rides and more! This is always a great day with loads of fun for everyone! We had a Costume Parade of horses again - fun, fun, and more fun! We had stuff a cart (CART FULL O' CARE) with horse items, from buckets, brushes, ivermectin dewormer, senior and pony feed, 12% feed and whatever you think a horse may like!
Families came, they saw and had fun! This is SHARE's fundraiser and we appreciated you coming out to enjoy the day - SHARE is not supported by your tax dollars but is run totally by volunteers.
